Martini is a adorable 9 week old Chihuahua mix.  Her mommy is a 8 pound Chihuahua and daddy is a mystery. She was given to BARC by a homeless gentleman who said he just wanted her to have a good life.  Martini is a smart girl who is potty pad trained and loves attention her foster family absolutely adore her.
